Bhm medical sling application guide

The Hammock sling is designed to be used with BHM Medical ceiling and floor lifts. The sling provides full head and neck support and double padding in the thigh region for comfort. The quick drying mesh fabric, makes it ideal for bathing as well as general transfers.

This is a general all purpose sling, designed for use with BHM Medical ceiling and floor lifts. It is used to lift a patient from the bed, wheel chair, geriatric chair, toilet and shower chair. This sling can be used for patient with limited upper body function, but they must have good head control, the sling does not provide head support.

The Hygienic sling allows care providers to partially remove clothes from the patient they are caring for without removing the sling. The sling is constructed using less material and is therefore easier to

put on and remove. The Hygienic sling is ideal for transferring to the toilet. It has a buckle type harness. To use the sling, the patient must have good uper body and head control plus sitting ability.
